The last thursday 18th february, in the main
office of the Servicio Nacional de Areas Naturales Protegidas,
"SERNANP" (National Service of Nature Areas Protected), the
chief ejecutive of Asociación Ecosistemas Andinos (ECOAN),
Constantino Aucca, within the agreement of cooperation with SERNANP,
make equipments donation for rangers service at the Tingo Maria
National Park, this equipments where donated as a part of the
agreement of cooperation financially supported by American
Bird Conservancy and the Moore Foundation. The items where:
Multimedia Projector, , GPS, Digital Camera, Binoculars, Tents,
Sleeping bags, Matras, Lanterns LED, Backpacks of 90Lt, Outdoor
kitchen equipment and others for labors of surveillance and
monitoring along the protected area. In this way ECOAN have contribute to the national goberment to conserved nature protected areas within the the country.
